Through Stripe’s secure payment system, you can choose from a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Everything is protected in an encrypted, safe environment.

Receive payment completion email
As soon as payment is completed, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. A receipt will be sent at the same time, making expense processing easy.

Your membership card will be delivered to your specified address. At the same time, we will send access information for the members-only site (MemberSpace), so you can start enjoying your membership benefits right away.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the membership fee include medical treatment?
The membership fee is the cost of added-value services such as priority reservations, special benefits, and discounted pricing. Medical care itself is covered by insurance or self-pay treatment, but free diagnostic fees and special discounts on procedure fees apply.
Can I cancel partway through?
The annual plan is generally non-refundable, but the monthly plan (White tier) can be paused at any time. You can easily manage this from the payment site’s My Page. Upgrading to a higher tier is also available at any time.
How will the membership card be delivered?
After payment is completed, the membership card will be mailed to your specified address. We also plan to introduce a digital membership card in the future, so you can save it on your smartphone and show it anytime.
Can contracts be made for corporations?
Membership is limited to the individual member, but corporate contract plans are also planned for future rollout. We can propose health support for your company’s staff as an employee benefit.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) and various IC payments. (Some methods are not yet supported.) For inbound patients, WeChat Pay and Alipay are also planned to be available soon.
When can I start using the membership benefits?
Your membership becomes active as soon as payment is completed, and you can use the benefits right away. Priority reservation slots are also available immediately, so you can feel at ease even if you need care quickly.
